Payment Methods

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard and Paypal via the PayPal checkout, and Visa and Mastercard via the eway.com.au payment checkout. We also accept direct deposit and Australia Post Money Order as valid payment methods, however orders will not be dispatched until settlement has been received.

Price Match Policy

We all know online business is ultra competitive and price is just one (but very important) factor in deciding who to purchase from.

If you find an identical product elsewhere in Australia (online or in a bricks and mortar store) at a lower price all we ask is you contact us using the boxes below and give us the opportunity to match and wherever possible beat a competitors price.

A competitor’s price needs to be in Australian Dollars, be in stock and the price matched being the total cost of the item - inclusive of GST and shipping charges.

Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. In addition to the rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law you may also be entitled to benefits under the terms of any additional manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty (if it applies to your product) does not in any way affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products come with manufacturer warranty which starts from the date the product was invoiced. You must retain the purchase invoice for potential future warranty claims. Toodolla acts as an agent in the warranty process. Products excluded from warranty are software, games and consumables.

As warranty procedures vary from manufacturer to manufacturer you should seek technical support from the manufacturer first. If the manufacturer directs you to return the product back to us then you should contact us using the Contact Us tab.

Pick Up

As a web based business unfortunately we do not have the facilities to enable a pick up option. However, this may change in the near future.

Please note that all our prices are inclusive of Free Delivery/Shipping. 

Bulk Discounts

If you are interested in a bulk order or wholesale quantities please feel free to contact us for a quote. Whether it is for a business order, or getting together with some mates for a 'group buy' or a web forum bulk buy we are happy to quote. As a guide ordering 2+ is not bulk, but 10+ would be.

Also, just because a product isn't on our website doesn't mean we can't order it in so if it is something you are interested in drop us a note and we are happy to look in to it.
